We are pleased to invite you to take part in the Third International Internet School Conference within the framework of the program "Academy of children diplomacy", which will be held in the time period from the 5-th to the 28-th of April 2010.

On the eve of the 65-th anniversary of the victory over fascism State Classical School #1522 of the North-Western Administrative District of Moscow is pleased to invite the pupils and students of the state and classical schools, lycees, colleges and other educational institutions of Russia, European, Asian, American and African countries to take part in the Third International Internet School Conference on the topic "Historiography of the Great Patriotic War and the World War II". This project offers the participants to study the different points of view on the world history and the approaches to the controversy about the problems of the Great Patriotic War and World War II. The project provides the awards and among them is the invitation to the concluding Forum in Moscow in November 2010.
Leaving the choice of a single topic of a research work at the participants' discretion, we suggest the following controversial issues to be considered:
1. Who had unleashed the World War II?
2. The role of the Western and Eastern fronts.
3. How the victory over fascism was achieved: the sources.
4. Which steps can and should be taken in order to protect the world form the extremism, terrorism, and neofascism?
In the framework of the Internet Conference is also planned to hold the Videoconference, which will enable the participants to give a short presentation of their projects (5-7 minutes), to answer the questions to them and to ask the other participants questions that will arise during the discussion.
All the question concerning the technical and organisational aspects of the Internet- and Videoconference you can ask the organisers by e-mail: ishec@yandex.ru. Besides that, there is a forum available on our website: http://narod.yandex.ru/userforum/?owner=museum1522. Before the start of the Conference and on the day when the Videoconference will be held it will be required for the participants to check the functionality of their installed soft- and hardware what is needed in order to avoid any interruptions and problems in the functioning of the conference system.
